S+ sells food supplements, in particular S+ SUN. Photographs and text illustrating the products have no contractual value. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and S+ SUN is not a substitute for suitable sun protection (SPF). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people under medical treatment without medical advice. Keep out of reach of young children.

The customer selects their routine (30, 60 or 90 days) or the S+ Routine subscription, checks their order details, then confirms payment. The sale is final upon receipt of payment and the order confirmation email. S+ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent, or in the event of a prior payment dispute.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT. Current prices: 30-day routine £29.90, 60-day routine £53.90 (£26.95/box), 90-day routine £69.90 (£23.30/box), S+ Routine subscription £22.90/month. Delivery is free.

Payment is made online by card via a secure payment provider. S+ never has access to the customer's card details. S+ reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are charged at the price in force at the time of order.

The S+ Routine subscription is a rolling, no-commitment arrangement: a box is dispatched each month and £22.90 is automatically taken from the registered payment method on each due date.

The customer may, at any time from their account, pause, resume or cancel their subscription. Any cancellation or pause takes effect from the following due date, provided it is made at least 48 hours before the payment date. Orders already dispatched are not affected.

Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours and delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. A tracking number is sent by email and available in the customer account. Delivery is free of charge.

In the event of a delay, the customer is invited to contact contact@spluskin.com. If delivery does not take place within 30 days of the order, the customer may cancel the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid.

If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer should raise this with the carrier and inform S+ within 14 days.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right to cancel, without giving any reason. The request should be sent by email to contact@spluskin.com.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unopened: for hygiene and health protection reasons, food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

In addition to the statutory cancellation right, S+ offers a commercial guarantee: for 90 days from receipt, if the routine is not suitable, S+ will refund the first box, even if opened, on simple request to contact@spluskin.com, with no proof required. This guarantee is limited to one box per customer and does not apply to bulk purchases or manifestly abusive requests.

The customer benefits from statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Any claim can be sent to contact@spluskin.com.

Access to the customer account is via a secure link sent by email. Orders placed with the same email address are automatically linked to the account. The customer is responsible for keeping their mailbox secure.

The data collected is necessary to process orders and manage the customer relationship. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. The customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, exercisable at contact@spluskin.com.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact S+ to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform. In the absence of agreement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the customer may have under the law of their country of residence.
